Civil Engineering of Columbia has a long history of site development, for both residential and commercial projects. Over our thirty seven years of experience, we have produced site development plans for thousands of projects, ranging in scope from large scale planned communities, to shopping centers, to municipal buildings, banks, churches and schools, to small scale individual use sites and out-parcels.

We have projects on our resume located throughout South Carolina and portions of North Carolina and Georgia. These projects have been designed for a wide variety of locations, soils conditions, and site constraints, including wetlands crossings, floodplain and stream crossings, and sites crowded with existing utilities.
